Kafer digital thickness gages

Being digital, with SPC output, these gages can switch between inch and metric readings. Larger jaw depths are not available for digital gages. You will want to consider dial thickness gages for that purpose.

While the thickness gage frames and anvils are manufactured by Kafer in Germany, the digital indicator is Swiss-made Sylvac, one of the most sophisticated and highly respected digital gages available. This indicator has RS232 output and comes with thorough and complete operating instructions in English.

The indicator has a data hold feature. If you press this button, the numbers on the display freeze so that you can move the thickness gage if it's in an awkward position and you can easily see the measurement. Releasing the button will clear the display.

TableStand

Optional table stand is about 100 mm wide and allows you to use the gage free-standing, leaving both of your hands free for measuring. The stand can be ordered with or without a thickness gage.
