Designed for measuring vertical axis bores which are below eye level. These are American made replacements for the original Standard Gage Style 4 perpendicular dial bore gages formerly made in Poughkeepsie. Except for the dial indicator, they are identical in every way. They come standard with steel gaging contacts and steel centralizing contacts. Other combinations including carbide and diamond are also available. Please inquire about other lengths or if you would prefer different dial indicator specifications. Dorsey Standard dial bore gages are easily customized but you may have to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
