Erica carnea 'Winter Beauty'

No.435

April 15, 2003

The January through March blooming period with multitudes of bell-shaped flowers clustered on its branches makes this "Heather" a winter gem. A low growing dense mat, it prefers a sunny location in moist acid soil protected from harsh winds. Dark lilac pink flowers appear throughout the winter. Deep green leaves on a dense low plant.
