Rosa 'Ballerina'
No.318
June 30, 2003
ARS
8.8; 1937; Polyantha rose of dense, speading habit, with mid-green
leaves. Spectacular in flower (petal count: 5), it bears many
shallowly cupped, single, white-centered, light pink flowers, 1.25"
across, in mop-headed clusters, from spring to autumn. Dainty. A
"hybrid musk" rose, it has the delicious, sweet scent of other musk
roses. Prized for its endurance and durability. (note: there's no
noticeable fragrance in our specimen)
